2007 started off on the after thoughts of a shaky 2006. I was going through a lot of changes in my life. Little did I know however, my luck was changing in 2007.



I started the new year in Boulder, CO with some friends and family. New years day we checked out the Japanese festivities and walked around downtown a bit. In this pic we are trying out some of the Mochi, a sweet gummy japanese rice thing. It's pretty tasty :D~

Other than a few friends I got to see my baby sister who lives in Boulder with my mom and dad and one of my younger sisters from New York.





Nora and Aki were visiting from Japan.

Me and Aki did a bit of snowboarding, I also hit the slopes on ski's once...

Essentially the year was a success from the beginning.

Other notable things from early on in the year would include getting together with my girlfriend Lisa and starting work on my tattoo

In may we went to Cancun after dealing with all sorts of crazy passport shenanigans.




Cancun was very beautiful and romantic. The water at the beach was the clearest I'd ever seen. I learned on my trip that 3 days is not long enough to fully enjoy a tropical vacation. I also learned that I needed to do alot more international travel before my time on planet earth expires.

The summer was pretty much a blast, I spent alot of time hanging out with friends and loved ones.. I'm sure you all had a good time too {:

Beyond that I went to Japan to see my sister get married, as is detailed in another post already.

Another year is done now with a few things accomplished and plenty left over. I'm looking forward to the year 2008. Let's hope it's even better than the last!
